HIIT training increases cardio vascular fitness and burns fat. Pilates moves create core strength and long lean muscles. The class is low impact and so completely safe on your joints.
The room is heated to 95 F and 40% humidity.
You will need a yoga mat, long towel and water. Bring your own or rent from us.
