Hot 26 Yoga 

Our Hot 26 class follows the Bikram Yoga method and is a powerful and healing practice that builds flexibility, endurance and strength. This class is done in a room heated to 105 F and 40% humidity. The fastest way to lose weight.


This class builds focus and discipline while working every muscle, bone, joint, ligament, tendon, gland, and organ in the body. World class athletes including professional boxers, footballers and tennis players swear by this yoga.


Power Flow

This one hour Power yoga class is a more dynamic version of traditional yoga – it's faster, more intense and focuses on building strength. The room is heated to 98 degrees.


Drawing on respected yoga styles of Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Bikram Yoga, you will move through a continuous flow of poses. Dynamic sun salutations will be combined with powerful Hatha yoga poses to get your heart rate up while building strength, flexibility and a calm mind. 


What do I need?

You will need a yoga mat, a long towel and a large bottle of water. Bring your own or rent from us. It's always a good idea to bring an extra towel and extra water! Make sure you hydrate well - before and after class!
